Periodic Inspection & Blue/Green Label
In Türkiye, every elevator must undergo a periodic inspection once a year by authorized Type-A inspection bodies. Based on the result, the elevator receives a colored label indicating its safety status. We manage the whole process for you, from pre-inspection preparation to resolving deficiencies.
What We Offer
- Inspection report analysis and deficiency assessment
- Resolution of red and yellow label deficiencies
- Preparatory maintenance before periodic inspection
- Regular monthly maintenance
- Process consultancy for building management
What Do the Label Colors Mean?
Green Label
The elevator is safe; it may be used without concern.
Blue Label
Minor defects; usable, but deficiencies must be resolved within the given period.
Yellow Label
Defective; the elevator remains at risk until deficiencies are resolved and a follow-up inspection is passed.
Red Label
Unsafe; use is not appropriate for life safety, and deficiencies must be resolved urgently.
If your elevator received a red or yellow label, there is no need to panic. We review every deficiency listed in the inspection report item by item, prioritize them and resolve them in compliance with regulations.
Once the deficiencies are resolved, we coordinate the follow-up inspection process on behalf of the building management and ensure your elevator attains its blue or green label.
For elevators under our regular maintenance contract, periodic inspection preparation is part of the maintenance program — so you go through the inspection period stress-free every year.
